I have been thinking a lot about gratitude lately . . . mostly my need to practice more of it. I’ve been reading a lot lately about how the practice of gratitude contributes to one’s overall health and well-being.

Tomorrow we’ll talk a little bit more about the mid-30s anxiety I’ve been having lately. Usually my remedy for these types of feelings is to sit in the corner with some Ben & Jerry’s and pout . . . but recently, I’ve been giving gratitude a shot instead. It will be tough, since I’m used to being a Debbie Downer. But I’m excited to give it a try.
