Hey Everyone – How is everyone doing with the Healthy Curves Movement? Don’t worry about trying to change everything at once — you know we are all about incremental change around here. So, instead of making a major overhaul in your diet, why not try to add in an extra glass of water here and there? Maybe skip dessert once or twice this week or don’t eat the bread or the appetizer at the restaurant. Walk to run that errand, instead of driving. Whatever you can do, do something today to build health in yourself.
